[Problema] PermissionEx ?

Salve ragazzi, ho creato un server di test per appunto imparare a conoscere i plugin.
Ho iniziato installando i plugin più importanti: Essentials - PermissionEx
Il problema che mi sorge è: Ho creato i vari gruppi con i vari prefix ect, mi sono pure aggiunto ma nella chat compare come se non sono stato aggiunto al gruppo ed inoltre non riesco a spaccare/modificare il mondo e i mob non mi fanno danno e non li posso colpire, perchè ciò?

Niente, non cambia nulla ho anche riprovato a cancellare e rifare il tutto ma non succede nulla.
PS: Certe volte credo che mi si bugga il plugin o la console perche non mi fa eseguire i comandi del tipo pex reload o i vari comandi pex.

Io uso il craftbukkit 1.8.3 se non sbaglio.

EDIT:

Ho capito qual'è il problema ma non riesco a risolverlo.
E' EssentialsAntiBuild che mi impedisce di spaccare blocchi, ho provato a rimuovere tutti i plugin (prima PermissionEx e lasciare solo Essentials) e senza riesco a piazzare/spaccare i blocchi.
Inoltre non riesco a fare i comandi base di Essentials, tipo /day,/help, /gamemode, ect...

Quì c'è il config.yml di Essentials, ho provato ad impostare true o false su EssentialsAntiBuild ma nulla, non cambia nulla.

Perche dovrei aggiungere il permesso - essentials.build.* ad ogni gruppo se il problema deriva da Essentials AntiBuild? Ho rimosso Pex per questo motivo.
Ho anche testato su spigot 1.8.3 ma nulla, non riesco a far spaccare i blocchi e i comandi pex non li esegue dalla console ne dal game, quindi non so cosa devo fare.

Se i comandi di PermissionsEx non vanno né in gioco né in console non allarmarti, in quanto puoi impostare manualmente i gruppi direttamente dal documento dei permessi (ti consiglio di spegnere il server mentre imposti); e da lì assegni il permesso da me suggerito.

Se i comandi di PermissionsEx non vanno né in gioco né in console non allarmarti, in quanto puoi impostare manualmente i gruppi direttamente dal documento dei permessi (ti consiglio di spegnere il server mentre imposti); e da lì assegni il permesso da me suggerito.

Ti illustro la struttura: (rosso = spiegazione del campo a fianco)
groups:
   default: (è il nome del gruppo, NON l'opzione che si imposta "true" o "false"; comunque, puoi metterci "utente" per non creare confusione)
          options:
               default: true (E' costui che si deve su "true" o "false"; il nuovo utente verrà automaticamente assegnato al gruppo; se "false", l'utente dev'essere assegnatoci manualmente)
               prefix:
          permissions:
          - plugin.comando
          - ecc.

Forse non hai capito come si imposta il nome di un gruppo.
Dove ti ho scritto default: , senza niente a fianco, non devi scrivere niente dopo i due punti, ma scegliere un sostituito per default che è predefinito.
Ti esemplifico la cosa impostando il gruppo iniziale e un altro (spero che lo capisci):

Ok, ora ho capito, praticamente il primo gruppo è quello default che appena entri sul server ti setta, mentre Founder lo devi settare tu manualmente.
L'ho importato sul permissions.yml ma continua a non funzionare!
